On Windows, there is an inconsistency in the slashes used to separate path segments, leading to the startsWith check in customResolver failing. This problem only occurs for projects using @ aliases in conjunction with a playground or docs package.

This PR uses a different strategy to identify whether files are inside the librarySrc directory, which should work with different representations of the same path.
